Comprehensive diagnostic testing (100+ biomarkers, advanced imaging, VO₂ max, DEXA, genomics), a personal physician, trainer, dietitian, and executive health coach. You receive a custom longevity protocol, quarterly re-testing, direct messaging access, and coordination with outside specialists.

We cap membership to protect the depth and responsiveness that makes this model work. Roughly eight members join each quarter. This is a genuine partnership that requires protected capacity, and quality of care cannot scale indefinitely.

Concierge medicine gives you faster access to the same fragmented system. Provaeon operates entirely differently: one integrated team of a longevity physician, trainer, dietitian, and health coach, all working from a single shared strategy.
