What We Do

Three jobs.
One system.

Reduce your risk. Rebuild your performance. Extend the years you spend at your best. Every test and protocol in the program exists for one of these.

01 · Reduce Risk

The four that take people out early

These four account for most preventable death and decline. Each one builds quietly for a decade or more before symptoms. That decade is our window.

Heart disease

48%of U.S. adults have some form of cardiovascular disease

We test ApoB, Lp(a), insulin sensitivity, HbA1c and your calcium score. A standard physical checks a handful of these.

Cancer risk

2 in 5people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime

Screening, inflammation and blood sugar tests, picked for your risk.

Metabolic decline

88%of U.S. adults are not metabolically healthy

It starts as afternoon crashes and stubborn weight, years before it ever earns a diagnosis.

Dementia risk

1 in 3seniors dies with Alzheimer’s or another dementia

Homocysteine, inflammation, sleep and blood sugar can all be measured, and most of them can move.

02 · Improve Performance

Feel it working, in weeks

You’ll feel this part within the quarter. We measure and rebuild eight systems you use every day.

EnergySteady output through a 12-hour day, without caffeine doing the work.
Body compositionLean mass up and visceral fat down, measured by DEXA.
Brain functionSharpness, recall and the end of 3pm fog.
Muscle & strengthStrength benchmarked to your age, the best insurance for your 60s and 70s.
EnduranceVO₂ max, the strongest single predictor of longevity.
Sleep qualityWhere every other part of the protocol succeeds or fails.
DigestionYour gut drives inflammation, mood and nutrient absorption.
HormonesMeasured, then brought back with food, sleep, training and the right supplements.
03 · Extend Longevity

Do the things you love, longer

“Longevity” is really three numbers. Lifespan is how long you’re alive. Healthspan is how long you stay free of disease. The third is how long you stay at full strength: sharp, strong and fully yourself. We build the third.

Function across a lifetimeFunction rises from birth to a peak around 25, then three paths diverge before each reaches the horizontal axis, the end of life. Lifespan falls off fast and drags out low-function years. Healthspan declines steadily. The years at your best hold full function the longest, then drops sharply at the very end.Functionfull powergonepeak ≈ 25, then the paths splitbirth25507595Age
At your bestHow long you stay at full strength, training hard, thinking clearly and keeping up with people half your age. The years we build, and the first to go.
HealthspanHow long you live free of disease. Function still slips the whole way down.
LifespanHow long you’re alive. Medicine keeps adding years here, but many of them are spent in decline.

For most people, the years at full strength end long before life does. Closing that gap is the point.
